Cancellation

If you have a confirmed reservation and change your plans please let us know as soon as possible. We will gladly accomodate and assist in any changes.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance of reserved tour dates and times are subject to a 25% charge of the total fee.

Rescheduling/Refund

Segway Tours of Houston is first and foremost interested in providing a safe and fun experience. Our tours will roll when it rains as long as there is no active thunder or lightening in the area. If the forecast is for passing showers, the guide may opt to delay the start of the tour for better conditions. If the conditions are unsafe the tour will be cancelled and credits for a future Segway Tour of Houston will be provided. Tourists need to postpone their scheduled tour participation at least 24 hours before the confirmed time or their tour will be charged.

If you cannot make your tour time, please call ahead so we can make arrangements with you.

If you have prepaid for the ride, there are no refunds, but we guarantee you get your ride at a future time.
